Includes: Colin Paterson establishes his identity - states he made a real property application (36744) on the 24 April 1948 - possession of his land occurred on the 26 February 1948 and since that time he and tenants have used the land continuously for grazing - the land has been continually enclosed by fencing - the fence along the northern and north east boundary was moved to conform with the new line of Liverpool Road after the resumption of 11 and a half perches - states the land is only suitable for grazing and not cultivation - since 1948 he has been assessed and paid rates on the land - lists names and addresses of owners and occupiers of adjacent lands.
