Penrith City Council will make a submission to the Federal Government's National Land Transport Plan Green Paper 'Auslink' - While supportive of moving to an integrated land transport as proposed under Auslink, a report to Monday's ordinary council meeting raised concerns that the plan, which has a national & regional focus, does not identify any new Commonwealth funding & could come at the expense of local roads.
