Mystery koalas remain 'unseen'

The federal government has denied the possible existence of koalas on the former Australian Defence Industries (ADI) site at St Marys - The ADI Residents Action Group and koala expert Dr Rob Close have long campaigned to be allowed onto the site to look for koalas after several people, some whom had worked on the site, came forward with claims of seeing koalas there - The office of Finance Minister John Fahey said their was no need for further studies to find any of the animals.
