Articles
Account of ordinary meeting. Of interest was correspondence from the Mayor (Ald Hudson), stating that his duties in Penrith did not allow him to attend to Council work as he should do, and tendering his resignation. This was accepted. A special meeting was held on the following Wednesday for the purpose of electing a new Mayor. Ald Harrison was elected, and his opening address can be read in this article.
