Penrith Council will devote more than $117,000 to progressing the Erskine Park Employment Area and other zoned jobs precincts - As part of the draft 2002-03 management plan, or budget, Council will spend $117,200 on lobbying for the city's employment areas to be further progressed - The major sticking point for a business park, like the one proposed for Erskine Park and land adjacent to the University of Western Sydney, is infrastructure startup costs.
