On Monday, April 15 the first sod was turned at Penrith Regional Gallery and Lewers Bequest to kick of $1.65 million extensions to the valuable local asset - Project Manager John de Smat, Peter Anderson and Penrith City Mayor Pat Sheehy gathered at the gallery to mark the occasion - Photo.
