A 52-person Japanese delegation visited Penrith last week as part of a program that provides counseling and guidance to students who do not want to attend school due to issues such as bullying and low self-esteem - During their visit to Penrith Valley the Japanese students from the Shizuoka Education Forum delegation were allocated a student 'buddy' from either Jamisontown Public or Kingswood High School, who met they met for the first time at a Civic Reception hosted by Penrith Mayor Greg Davies on Wednesday - Photo.
