Penrith businessman Peter Semenec is a strong supporter of Penrith's High Street Mall but he is leaving- Crime, the problem with street kids and Penrith council have all contributed to his decision to leave- According to Mr Semenec Penrith council spent a lot of money to build the mall, then just abandoned it.
