A toll on the Western Sydney Orbital would cost average motorists 10 per cent of their weekly salaries while the Federal Government spends another $100 million on Victorian roads - 'Deep shock and frustation' was felt by the chairman of the Greater Western Sydney Economic Development Board Jim Bosnjak when he heard the news - With a $5 toll each way on the Orbital the average worker would have to pay $1 in every $10 they earn just to use the road for work commitments, he said.
