From Fields Afar - Butter From Peanuts

Articles
This is something novel, surely! And, like most novelties, it comes from America. St Louis 'Globe Democrat' tells that a firm in Indiana have, for some time, been working on a process of making butter from the peanut, to compete with the product of the cow, and have succeeded in producing the desired article. Details on the process of manufacturing this new butter, which already is in great demand at sanatoriums and health resorts.
