Architect Owen Kimberley is serious about having Sydney's cultural buffs move to St Marys - He said a move to St Marys would prove the committment of buffs to modern art and that in many European countries it was common for people to visit art galleries in the country - He said St Marys with its history would be ideal - His comments follow an annoucement by Penrith Council that it wanted St Marys to be its cultural capital - It had a master plan prepared.
