Penrith Council wants to spend $22,500 bringing forward a plan to install a portable closed-circut TV system for council buildings - In his report to Monday night's council meeting last week, building construction and maintenance manager John Phillips said the proposed system would have a digital video recorders and up to six cameras to be linked to the council's current security system.
