Before J K Lethbridge, J K Cleeve, J E Baines and F J Weston. Charges: James Jones, drunkenness. Mr W J Hill raised the recent letter printed in the Nepean Times from Mr Hewitt and stated that he had asked Mr Hewitt to attend Court that day because of his comments on the magistrates. Mr J K Cleeve said that he had taken action on the matter. J K Lethbridge said that it was a scandalous attack on the Bench. F J Weston would enquire into the matter next Tuesday. Samuel Grimshaw v George Stanfield for wages.
