Henry Johnston was charged with stealing three brushes, one carving fork, and one small plate, at Faulconbridge, the property of the trustees of the late Sir George Wigram Allen, to the value of 10s. Accused was sentenced to four months imprisonment in Parramatta Gaol, and after being charged further with insufficient lawful means of support, was sent to Parramatta Goal for two months. Sentences cumulative.
