One of Penrith's oldest buildings, St Stephen's church, is being spruced up for the first time in 162 years - Last week, a water blaster helped remove grime as part of major renovations - Since 1995, four retired tradesmen have been rstoring the building, which was consecrated in 1839 - Project director Warren Pinfold, Major Conway, John White, and Dick Lunt have worked on the the building every Monday for the past six years - Photo.
