Penrith City Council is giving TAFE NSW- Western Sydney Institute art students the chance to make it big by painting a new design on its giant No Badgerys billboard - The huge sign was used for many years by Penrith City Council in its campaign against an airport at Badgerys Creek - Now it has been painted white and is ready for TAFE Nepean College Fine Arts students to get creative for Council's upcoming Solar Splash event - Penrith Mayor Greg Davies said Council would be using the billboard on a temporary basis to promote activities at prominent sites around the City - Photo by Peter Veith.
