Steel scaffolding for the $6 million Target project in St Marys rises on what previously was a football ground. It is yet a further project being constructed by Allan Holdings in Penrith City. Last year the company completed the multi-million Venture building in High Street, Penrith and a similar building for Nock and Kirbys in St Marys.
