Some of the people at Lambridge want Penrith Council to extend the water supply to their premises while others are strongly opposed to that. Residents who petitioned for extension: Bellingham, Akerman, Andrews, Willett, Stanton, Plunkett, Leitch, Owens, Geo Byrnes and H Lack. Mr E J Readford of 'Woodlawn' forwarded a list of ratepayers opposed to it - Readford, Willett, Morris, Lack, Moyon, Gardner, Stanton, Broadbent, Slater, Hansen, Richardson, Andrews, Wilkes and Sheens. All the latter were ratepayers.
