For not having sufficient silencer on his motor car, Thomas Rupert Donnelly was fined 10/- with 8/- costs at Penrith Police Court on Monday. For driving in the main street Wallacia on 1st January without sufficient silencer, Robert Edward Davis Chambers was fined 1 pound with 8/- costs.
