Penrith City Council has rejected claims by ADI action groups that its procedure in approving the development of a Catholic school on the site was faulty - Following the councils approval for the Xavier College development, ADI Residents Action Group (ADIRAG) & Sydney Bushland Action said vital information relating to threatened species had been omitted from the planning report presented to Penrith councillors on March 4.
