PROBLEMS OVER OLD COTTAGES

Articles
The Mayor of Penrith, Ald Mulock, has expressed concern about the number of secondhand cottages coming into the city area. He said they were being transported to residential sections of Penrith & St Marys from the Sydney Metropolitan area. Originally council had a policy controlling transportation of secondhand cottages which is listed. Two recent events went against this policy, & cut down council's power to control the situation.
