A Penrith Lakes development manager was recently recognised as an outstanding achiever in culture and the environment in the city - Penrith Lakes development manager Peter McGhee is responsible for the design engineering and sustainability of the Penrith Lakes Scheme - Eighteen award winners were recognised in a Wall of Achievement Awards held at the Penrith Council Chambers - All award winners will have their photographs displayed at Penrith Library for 12 months - Photo.
