Corporal Geoff (Jeoff) Baker and Privates R. Adams and E. Butcher, who have been invalided home, were given an enthusiastic welcome at Penrith station, on Monday. A procession was formed which took the men to the Picture Theatre.The meeting was addressed by the Reverend's McKee, Tarn and Holliday , followed by responses from Corporal Baker, Private Butcher and Mr J. Adams on behalf of his son.
