Penrith Council is considering its largest development application ever received. The Lend Lease Corporation recently lodged an application for its proposed $200 million redevelopment of Penrith Plaza. Lend Lease principal architect Ross Bonthorne presented plans, a scale model and artist's impressions of the proposed design at a special council meeting last week.
