Articles
The adjourned meeting of the Jamisontown Progress Association, recently formed, was held at the United School. A good number of the ratepaters were present. John Blaikie occupied the chair. Repairs to Mulgoa Road was the main topic of discussion. Correspondence from both Penrith and Mulgoa Councils was read, and donations in money came in freely - something over 9 pounds being subscribed. Several residents offered one or more days with horse and cart, free, to cart gravel, while others are ready to devote one or more days to quarry. A list of donors names, and the amounts donated, either in money or labor, will shortly be sent to the Nepean Times. Further details.
