Befpre Police Magistrate and Justice of Peace J D Single - C W Dargin, District Inspector of Stock, applied for permission to destroy a cow found at St Marys suffering from Tubercolosis. Some coverage is given to second case in which Nora Neale was summoned by Amy Buckley, and charged with speaking certain words on an occasion when breach of peace may have been occasioned. Lengthy account of a further case in which William Jordan was charged with assaulting John Jardine Middleton. He was also charged with stealing part of valuable security, the property of Charles Middleton. Finally, Michael Moran was charged on information of William Jordan, with unlawfully without just cause detaining a set of plans and specifications.
