Moves to release a portion of Army land on the Northern side of Penrith Railway Station for commuter carparking have come to a halt. Federal Defence, Science and Personnel Minister David Simmons Blames Penrith Council for an unecessary five-month delay. Yet council, in reply, says its the Army who's at fault.
