Blacktown Council has vowed it will not support development of the former Australian Defence Industries land at St Marys until the whole site is deconteminated - At last week's council meetig it was moved council seek a deputation with the Minister for Urban Affairs and Planning to raise its concern about the eastern corner of the site which remains unremediated.
