Council will look at providing Business papers earlier, following the deferment of two Development Applications to be considered at Monday night's ordinary meeting due to insufficient notice - Public consultation about the applications, which both relate to a property owned by the Trustees of the Lebanese Maronite Missionaries, has revealed a significant level of concern from residents about the proposals - In moving the motion, Cr Bateman suggested Business Papers may need to made available to the public the week before the ordinary meeting to give interested parties enough time to consider the facts in order to make the best decision.
