The Penrith Railway Cricket Club held a Smoke Concert at the Red Cow Hotel on Thursday night. I Gregory occupied the chair, and there was a large attendance. Mrs Gough supplied excellent refreshments, both solid and liquid. After the feasting, committee positions were filled, toasts were drunk, presentations made to outstanding players, further toasting, and a couple of songs rendered.
