Anzac day is full of tradition the dawn service, the march, two-up and more than 65 years ago, a group of eight workers unwittingly began an Anzac Day tradition of their own - In 1936, eight workers at the Hardie Rubber factory at Paddington arranged to meet on Anzac Day with their families - They came from all over the greater Sydney area for morning tea and a baked dinner at the St Marys home of their co-worker, Beryl Brangwin and her husband Alby - Photo.
