The improvements going out out Penrith Hill and Frogmore way in the way of land cultivation is very noticeable. This year the land on the left of stone Quarry Hill has also been put under the plough. All along the road to Penrith the same thing is noticeable. H C L Anderson has purchased 200 acres at th rear of B T Dunk's property at 8 pounds an acre. R C School Picnic was held last Wednesday.
