New contractors are expected to restart work on the tunnel under Mulgoa Rd, which will ease traffic conditions into the Wolseley St home-makers precinct this week - New megacentre development manager Anthony Kosseris said he did not want to disclose the reasons for the change of contractors because of legal concerns.
