Tree planting and steel post and rail fencing will be erected around the sporting grounds on Andromeda Drive, Cranebrook - At Monday's meeting Penrith councillors decided to spend $4400 on the fencing to prevent vehicles accessing the grounds - A report to the meeting said the main problem Cranebrook Soccer Club experienced was the continued damage from vehicles accessing the fields at night - 'The good work put into the surface of the fields by parks staff and the club is undone by vandalism' the report said.
