Articles
A very successful concert was held in the Temperance Hall, the proceeds of which were in aid of the R C Church fund at Mulgoa. The chair was occupied by F Anschau. After an Overture, 'Carnival of Venice', performed by E J and G White, the audience were treated to a programme of songs - comic songs very much to the fore, recitations, piano duets, and violin solos. Performers and items named. After the concert a dance was held, and well patronised, the music being supplied by Messrs White Bros.
