A F Doyle charged with cruelly ill-treating an apprentice Campbell Murray from the training ship Vernon. At Penrith Licensing Court William Dickson was charged with supplying liquor to men under the influence. Elizabeth Zahnliter charged with selling one bottle of wine without a licence at her home at Frogmore.
