Evidence given by Constables Day and Davis, and by Railway employees James Chisholm, and Robert Breeze. Thomas Sherack charged with being drunk and disorderly. A F Doyle charged with cruelly ill-treating an apprentice Campbell Murray from the training ship Vernon. At Penrith Licensing Court William Dickson was charged with supplying liquor to men under the influence. Elizabeth Zahnliter charged with selling one bottle of wine without a licence at her home at Frogmore.
