Penrith Mayor Greg Davies is encouraging parents to make use of the new immunisation schedule for children - There are several changes to the standard immunisation schedule including the removal of the 18 month DTPa (Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis), addition of DTPa vaccine for teenagers at 15-17 years of age and the addition of Meningococcal C vaccine at 12 months of age - For more information, contact Council's Immunisation Officer on 4732 7616 or Wentworth Population Unit on 4734 2022.
