Lindsay Federal Liberal MP Jackie Kelly has reacted scathingly to David Bradbury's first comments since being elected Penrith Mayor - If David Bradbury is serious about jobs in the area he needs to condemn Labor's policy of discouraging casual employment, Ms Kelly said - Labor's policy will put an intolerable stress on small businesses in the local area, which will increase unemployment.
