Operation Art 1999 was launched by State Member for Penrith, Faye Lo Po, Minister for community Services at Panthers last month - Operation Art is a visual arts project initiated by the New Children's Hospital at Westmead, the Department of Education and Training, and the Art Gallery of NSW - Anna Schmidt of St Clair was delighted to find that one of her artworks had been chosen for the exhibition - Photo.
