On Saturday morning last, Mrs Robert Hattley, Mt Pleasant Estate, died at the age of 75, from influenza. Aboput 40 years ago Mr and Mrs Hattley were fellow employees at Mr Faux's country seat at Mt Pleasant. Mr Faux had the principal business here where the Police Magistrate's residence now stands.
