The big day at St Marys : re-opening of the Protestant Hall

The Protestant Hall at St Marys was re-opened last Saturday. It has undergone extensive alterations and additions. The architect is Mr W Sykes and the contractor for the alterations is Mr J Sainsbury JP. At the re-opening ceremony the Mayor (Ald Beacroft), Mr A Thompson JP, and Mr SE Lees MP gave speeches. A tea meeting and concert followed.
