To the Editor of the Nepean Times from C Pascoe re Castlereagh Council's rejection of Alderman Gates' motion, which was 'That it was desirable that a Police Constable be appointed at Castlereagh'. In his letter the writer cites many instances where a Police Constable's presence would be desirable.
