According to research, the concept of the mall is dead everywhere in the world, as Julie Bindon of Julie Bindon and Associates said last week- Ms Bindon is in favour of opening it to traffic and said malls around the world were deminishing with the onset of large plazas. unless malls are near public transport, which the High Street is not.
