Penrith City Council made it official, & opened the Glenmore Park Youth & Community Centre on Saturday, April 13 - The day went off with a bang, with fun activities running all day including temporary tattoos & face painting, horizontal bungee jumping, video games, a sausage sizzle as well as the inclusion of wonderful background music provided by young guitarist, Phillip Miller.
