Federal Liberal Lindsay MP Jackie Kelly had failed to deliver on her promise (Press, March 4) to provide a new 100ha park on the ADI site, says State Planning Minister Andrew Refshauge - 'I immediately welcomed Jackie Kelly's request to me to rezone the land but now it appears she has panicked & is desperately trying to find excuses not to deliver,' Dr Refshauge said.
