Tourism minister Jackie Kelly had demonstrated her 'profound ingnorance' of the significance of the impact of the Ansett collapse on the tourism industry and Ansett employees again, Opposition Tourism spokesman Joal Fitzgibbon said on Wednesday - Mr Fitzgibbon said he was referring to the Minister's reaction when Ansett employees confronted her at Coolangatta airport - In responding to the worker's plea for help, Ms Kelly suggested they pay a visit to Centrelink and claimed the Ansett collapse did not constitute a crisis, he said.
