Includes: Arthur Burnell states he is the son of the late Henry Clay Burnell owner of the properties "Perkham" and "Shelly's Farm" - "Shelly's Farm" was a 400 acre grant to William Shelly on 25 August 1812 - he confirms the indenture of settlement on the 18 May 1867 between his father to his wife and others - states trustees since settlement have managed "Shelly's Farm" - says his father never lived on the properties, received rents or claimed any ownership since settlement although he lived another 21 years.
