Car yard request knocked back [newspaper article] : 'we don't want another High Street'

Penrith Council has knocked back another application to site a car sales yard in Coreen Avenue. Speaking against the application from Panibu Pty Ltd at the latest council meeting, Alderman Faye Lo Po said Penrith didn't need 'another High St". Article lists the reasons why Chief town planner, Bruce McDonald recommended that the application be refused.
