A 25 year old Emu Heights man accused of having non-consensual sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old has been granted bail despite opposition from police prosecutors. Sean Kelly was charged with four counts of 'aggravated sexual assault' and one count of 'indecent assault person under 16 years of age'.
