The State and Federal Governments took a bettering at Sunday's rally against the development of the former ADI site at St Marys - Concerned residetns packed the Joan Sutherland Perfomring Arts Centre at Penrith to hear speakers who drove home the point the whole site needed saving, not just the Heritage-listed 178ha - Naturalist Richard Wells said the site was home to more than 100 species of birds, 21 species of reptiles, 15 species of frogs, 12 species of native mammals and 20 species of plants which were endangered, vulnerable or possibly extinct.
